We bring the professional hibachi chef, portable grill, fresh ingredients, sauces, cooking equipment, and live hibachi entertainment. Guests enjoy fried rice, vegetables, salad, and their selected proteins. You provide the tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and an outdoor or properly ventilated cooking area.
How long does a hibachi party last?
The cooking and entertainment experience usually lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the number of guests. Our chef normally arrives about 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time to prepare.
How much does Ocean County hibachi catering cost?
Adult meals start at $50 per person and include two protein choices. Upgrades and add-ons are available. A travel fee may apply depending on your exact Ocean County location, and a $500 minimum generally applies.
Can you cook at a beach house or vacation rental?

No. Guests are responsible for providing tables, chairs, tablecloths, plates, utensils, and drinks. We bring the hibachi grill, food, cooking supplies, and everything needed for the chef’s performance.
How much space is needed for the hibachi setup?
We cater birthdays, family reunions, graduation parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, holiday weekends, beach vacations, anniversaries, and many other special occasions.
What happens if it rains?
We recommend having a covered outdoor area, tent, open garage, or another safe backup location. The cooking area must have proper ventilation and enough clearance from walls, ceilings, and flammable materials.
Can you accommodate food allergies, seafood allergies, or vegetarian guests?
Yes. We can accommodate many dietary needs, including vegetarian meals, gluten-free requests, seafood and shellfish allergies, and other common food allergies. Please inform us before the event so we can carefully plan the ingredients, sauces, and cooking order for each guest. For severe allergies, please contact us in advance, as all food is prepared in a shared cooking environment and complete separation cannot be guaranteed.
Can guests choose different proteins?
Yes. Each adult may select two proteins from available choices such as chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, tofu, or vegetables. Premium choices such as filet mignon, scallops, and lobster may require an additional charge.
How far in advance should we book?
Ocean County dates fill quickly during summer, holiday weekends, graduations, and beach season. Booking several weeks in advance is recommended. Please send the final menu approximately five days before the party.
